What even is an escape room?
An escape room is a themed room. You work together with your group to find clues and solve puzzles to "escape."
Who are Deleta escape rooms for?
Deleta escape rooms are interactive puzzle experiences where teams work together to solve clues and complete challenges before time runs out.

Best for: families, teens, friend groups, birthday parties and team building.
Group size: perfect for couples or small to medium-sized groups.
Is there an age requirement?
There's no minimum age, and kids 4 and under play free. Anyone 13 and under must have an adult (18+) in the room with them. Giving permission isn't enough: the adult needs to be in the room playing alongside the group for the whole game, not waiting in the lobby. Looking for a room that works for younger kids? Magical Mayhem (and Gameland, once it reopens) are our most family-friendly rooms.
I'm claustrophobic. Is a Deleta escape room for me?
YES! If you struggle with claustrophobia, we recommend Ghost Bride or Magical Mayhem (or Gameland, once it reopens). These rooms have the largest spaces. You are never officially locked in any of our escape rooms. If you begin to panic, you're free to push open the door and leave at any time. Some guests even prefer to play with the exit door open. Whatever accommodations you need, we can make it happen!
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking for a 100% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 fee.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule for free, even within 24 hours of your booking.

No call, no shows: No refund, but you can reschedule for a $20 fee.

Adding or removing guests: You can change your group size any time, right up to your booking. Bringing an extra person? Just add them when you arrive. Someone can't make it? Let us know at check-in and we'll remove them with no fee.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant needs a signed waiver before the game starts, and a parent or legal guardian must sign for any minor. The waiver is part of the online booking process, and the link is also in your confirmation email. Signing ahead of time means your whole group can get straight into the room when you arrive.

What can I bring inside the escape room?
Food, drinks, cell phones and cameras are not permitted. We have lockers in the lobby for any personal items you want to leave outside.
