What even is an escape room? +
An escape room is a themed room. You work together with your group to find clues and solve puzzles to "escape".
What are Deleta escape rooms? +
Deleta escape rooms are interactive puzzle experiences where teams work together to solve clues and complete challenges before time runs out.
Best for: Families, teens, friend groups, birthday parties, and team building.
Group size: Perfect for couples or small to medium-sized groups.
I'm claustrophobic...is a Deleta escape room for me? +
YES! If you struggle with claustrophobia, we recommend either Ghost Bride, Gameland, or Magical Mayhem. These rooms have the largest spaces. Remember, you are never officially locked in any of our escape rooms. If you begin to panic, you are free to push open the door and leave at any time. We've even had some guests prefer to do them with the exit door open due to claustrophobia. Whatever accommodations you need, we can make it happen!
What is the refund policy? +
We offer 100% refund as long as you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours, a fee will apply, or you can use your total to apply to another room. No call, no shows will not receive any refund, but you can reschedule for another time for a small fee.
What can I bring inside the escape room? +
Things not permitted: food, drinks, cell phones, and cameras. We have lockers in the lobby for any personal items you wish to leave outside.

Pixel Pad is an innovative, fully automatic gaming experience for kids and adults ages 3 and up. Pixel Pad has a variety of different games and game modes each with different levels of difficulty…so the fun never stops! Play by yourself, or with your group. Up to 7 people can play at the same time, but larger groups can be accommodated as well, you can just take turns.

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. Private parties must be booked at least once week in advance to ensure availability. If you're planning an event less than a week away, please call or email us so we can see what we can work out.
What's the food policy? +
Private Parties: YES! Bring all the food you want for no extra charge.
Party Rooms: Cake and Ice Cream is allowed. Extra food can be brought in by paying the $15 BYOF fee.
Party Tables: You must pay the extra $15 BYOF fee to bring any kind of food in.
Do Grandparents need to pay admission if they are just there to celebrate? +
NO! Only skaters need to pay admission.
What if I pay for a set amount of skaters and a different amount show up? +
We can always make adjustments on the day of your party. You will not pay for any skater that doesn't show up. We can either offer a refund, or apply their admission to the overall remaining cost of the party (if applicable).
Can we show up before our party time to skate? +
Absolutely! You can show up anytime during regular public skating hours, just note, your party room/tables will not be available until your allowed time.
Can I come early to decorate the party room? +
Please give us a call or send an email to inquire about early setup. We allow early setup when the space is available and staff are on-site. We are happy to work with you!
